FITNESS CASUAL: Today's Workout - Tabata Intervals
Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)
Round 1: Burps*
Round 2: Squats
Round 3: Mountain Climbers
Round 4: Pushups
Round 5: Plank & Crunches (alternate rounds)
*Burps: Complete a pushup then bring both legs up to chest, jump back…
